Marketing – Developing compelling materials to present the organization's services, accomplishments and opportunities to a broad audience. This can include development of websites, multimedia, videos, brochures, presentations, or other tools.
Meeting Facilitation – Developing an agenda and process to produce desired outcomes that can include various types of meetings such as focus groups, partnership formation, and planning meetings.
Organizational Management – Creating an environment that supports continuous improvement of organizations to better implement its mission while maintaining operational functions, developing employee skills, and managing human resources.
Project Management – Providing services in project management for clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This includes stand-alone services for a particular part of a project, as comprehensive packages governing an entire project from start to finish, or as any combination of services that meets the client's needs.
Public Relations – Providing guidance and tools for group leaders to get "the news” or message to the public through the appropriate channels such as media releases, media kits, public relations plans, press conference planning, public service announcements, and speech-writing.
Strategic Planning – Facilitating organizational leaders in defining goals and priorities for the future and specific actions leading to desired accomplishments. This process is a critical step in positioning an organization to increase its effectiveness, communicate its message, and attract greater resources.
Training – Engaging and empowering organizations to learn how to grow, collaborate, plan for the future, and engage the community by hosting informative workshops on marketing, public relations, news and feature writing, fundraising, grant writing, community organizing, and other topics related to non-profits and community development.
